Cancellation Policies

We skate in most weather conditions except for… 

• When rain or snow are falling or already on the ground

• During Lightning or Thunderstorms/when there’s a very high risk of one

• If the air quality index is in the high risk category ("High Risk" and "Unhealthy"). 

• QST Reserves the right to make this call.

Sessions cancelled/postponed by QST for any reason will always be done via Instagram, no later than 2 hours before the session. We do this because we find that the weather forecast is only most reliable close to the event, while also recognizing that your time is valuable and some come from far to attend our events.

If QST is suspicious of the weather forecast prior to the jam, we post on instagram saying we’re monitoring the weather and will keep you updated.

If a session is cancelled, every possible attempt will be made to reschedule it to a different time and day. This may not always be possible, but we will always do our best to make QST happen every month.
